Uganda

The government of Uganda has taken steps to increase access to family planning services by expanding the range of contraceptive methods available and improving the quality of services.

Uganda has also taken steps to expand access to family planning services, including through task-sharing with lower-level health workers and community-based distribution programs. In addition, the country has made efforts to engage men and boys in family planning and promote the use of long-acting and reversible contraceptives.
