During the two-day meeting, the Reference Group will:

• Clearly define, discuss and agree upon the state of progress for the partnership,
• Acknowledge and better understand areas where we are falling short, and
• Agree on urgent actions to collectively refocus our efforts while still within the critical window of opportunity to support, drive and shape progress by 2020.
