Paula Ossa is the Country Liaison Advisor for the FP2030 LAC Hub. Paula is a passionate professional dedicated to high-impact causes, with extensive experience in international cooperation, strategic partnerships, and project management. She holds a degree in International Relations & Political Studies, a postgraduate degree in Social Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social policy at the same university. Over the past 10 years, Paula has worked closely with the private sector, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, universities, and civil society across Latin America to promote women’s empowerment, gender equity, and the rights of children and adolescents. Paula is known for building meaningful partnerships,
driving innovative strategies and fostering inclusion. Paula is based in Medellín, Colombia and will report directly to María Paula Martínez.
