Fabiana Yousef, joined the FP2030 LAC team as an Advocacy Advisor. Fabiana is from Venezuela, currently residing in Bogotá, Colombia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from the Central University of Venezuela and a Master’s in Public Policy for Development and Social Inclusion from FLACSO in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With over 8 years of experience, she has specialized in healthcare policy, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, working across Latin America. Fabiana has led health-related initiatives in countries such as Venezuela, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Colombia, focusing on health access strategies and advocacy to influence public policy. She is skilled at developing and fostering partnerships with governments, the private sector, and civil society to achieve impactful health outcomes. Fabiana is based in Bogotá, Colombia and will report directly to María Paula Martínez.
