Dr Ben Moulaye est le Directeur général de la Direction générale de la Santé de la Reproduction (Office national de la santé de la Reproduction du Mali), Médecin de formation, il est spécialiste en Santé publique et gestion et suivi évaluation des programmes de santé.
Dr. Ben Moulaye Idriss has more than 15 years of expertise in the management of reproductive health programs. Since 2004, he has successively coordinated numerous SR/HIV projects, including the Ado and Youth SR project of the Ministry of Youth, Country Director of International NGOs in Mali and Benin and technical advisor to the Ministry of Youth, Defense and Health in Mali.
