Through technical assistance, advocacy, humanitarian response, and most importantly, through shifting power to and equal partnerships with communities, adolescent and feminist civil society organizations, and governments, Save the Children will increase access to quality and equitable SRHR information and services; promote gender equality as a key driver of SRHR, and strengthen the ability of all people, particularly those most impacted by inequality and discrimination, to live healthy sexual and reproductive lives.

- Partner with adolescents, civil society, and national governments to improve comprehensive SRHR knowledge, capabilities, and agency.
- Increase gender equitable and enabling community environments.
- Increase access to and use of quality and equitable SRHR services for adolescents.
- Prioritize and provide SRHR services in humanitarian settings.
- Integrate contraceptive services with other health services and sectors in 20 countries.
- Support holistic adolescent and community development through integration of SRHR with education, economic empowerment, child protection, mental health, and psychosocial support.
- Promote policy, legal, and social change for free-at-point-of-use access to contraceptive information and services.
- Collaborate with global partners to develop evidence-based policy products and protect the sexual and reproductive health and rights of all people, including adolescents and marginalized groups.
