Preston-Werner Ventures is a small US family foundation with an interest in ensuring that no one is denied access to sex education and voluntary contraception.
In 2022-2025, they will invest $3 million to support NGOs that work on advocacy and systems strengthening to deliver sexual and reproductive health and rights information and services to underserved and vulnerable populations. They will contribute funding to advocacy efforts to incorporate family planning into national and sub-national health plans and budgets in several countries in East Africa and Southeast Asia.

Preston-Werner Ventures commits to providing USD 1 million per year over the period of 2022-2025 towards the global goal of universal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights by 2030.
Preston-Werner Ventures Commitment Objectives
- Promote universal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) by 2030.
- Ensure that no one is denied access to sexuality education and voluntary contraception.
- Provide financial support to NGOs working on advocacy and systems strengthening for SRHR.
- Deliver sexual and reproductive health information and services to under-served and vulnerable populations.
- Support advocacy efforts to incorporate family planning (FP) into national and sub-national health plans and budgets.
- Focus on under-served regions, specifically East Africa and Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with women leaders to integrate SRHR into climate and emergency preparedness conversations.
- Invest a total of $3 million over the period of 2022-2025 in support of these objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of funded programs and initiatives.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with other stakeholders in the field of SRHR and climate change.
