Originally from Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, Natalia’s journey has taken her to Switzerland and Costa Rica. Natalia has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communication and Media Studies from Franklin University Switzerland, alongside a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution, Peace, and Development from the UN-Mandated University for Peace. Natalia is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, with proficiency in Italian.

With over five years of diverse experience across international organizations, non-governmental entities, political campaigns, communications, and public relations, Natalia has honed her skills and expertise. Before joining FP2030, Natalia served as an intern at United Nations Costa Rica, focusing on gender and youth programs, and as the Head of Public Relations at Distribuidora Gama in Guatemala.

Natalia is greatly driven by her passion for gender equality, intersectionality and development. She is determined to utilize her skills and experiences to drive positive change and foster a more inclusive future, especially for women and girls.
