She has managed grants with the US Department of Education, US Department of Justice, National Institute of Health, US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, and a multitude of state, foundation, and corporate funders. Her career has been dedicated to working with organizations focused on gender-based violence, women’s rights, and addressing the social determinants of health. She comes to FP2030 from the Colorado Department of Education’s Comprehensive Literacy State Development program, for which she’s served as Program Grant Manager, working to close the literacy opportunity and achievement gaps for historically marginalized students birth-12th grade. Stacey speaks French and has experience living and working internationally in Senegal where she taught and worked in a center for talibé boys.
