In October 2016 , the French  Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development released this strategy report, which “sets out France’s priorities for action” to empower youth and guarantee a woman’s right to “unhindered access to sexual and reproductive health services.” The report provides a framework for partnership and diplomatic action on demographic change.
