Organizacion Culturas Diversas, in its six years of operation, has managed to impact 21 municipalities in the department of Cauca, benefiting more than 2,200 people and strengthening around 18 processes and organizations. In addition, it has contributed to the strengthening of 45 leaders within the LGBTIQ+ population and sexual and gender dissidents.
This initiative will be implemented in four educational institutions in four municipalities of Cauca: the National Institute of Diversified Secondary Education (INEM) in Popayán, the San Antonio de Padua Educational Institution in Timbío, the Carmen de Quintana Educational Institution in Cajibío and the Technical Educational Institution from Tunía in Piendamó. It is important to highlight that Cajibío is one of the municipalities included in the Development Programs with a Territorial Approach (PDET), in the context of the post-2016 peace agreement.

Vision
It is essential to start a pedagogical and cultural initiative that addresses Sexual Rights, Reproductive and Non-Reproductive Rights (DSDRNR) from secondary vocational education, specifically aimed at tenth grade students from prioritized educational institutions. The central focus of this initiative is to promote bodily autonomy and the full enjoyment of sexual and reproductive rights, while promoting bodily self-care and family planning as essential aspects of students’ personal projects.

- Promote access to family planning and the recognition of DSDRNR with a differential approach that seeks the autonomy of the body and its healing.
- Promote four spaces for dialogue and healing reappropriation of the body as a place to exercise autonomy and coexistence, in the municipalities of Popayán, Timbío, Piendamó and Cajibío.
- Build a booklet that contains collective stories of how DSDRNR are experienced on a daily basis, addressing topics such as safe sexting, abortion, family planning, self-care, etc.
