SPARK MINDA Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of women in rural areas and lower socioeconomic backgrounds in India.
Their focus areas include Family Planning, Reproductive Health, and Menstrual Hygiene. With operations in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Uttarakhand, the foundation aims to reach 3,000 women by 2020.

Spark Minda, a major Indian automobile component manufacturer, committed to donating funds for family planning and menstrual hygiene on a yearly basis from 2017 until 2020.
Spark Minda Commitment Objectives
- Increase awareness and knowledge about family planning methods, dispel misconceptions, and facilitate access to relevant healthcare services.
- Empower women to make informed decisions about their reproductive health, enhance their understanding of sexual and reproductive health services, and promote rights and autonomy.
- Educate women and girls about menstrual hygiene practices, challenge social taboos, and promote the use of eco-friendly sanitary pads for sustainability.
