Dr. Olaro Charles is the Director Curative Services at the Ministry of Health, Uganda since April 2017. He holds MBChB and MMed Surgery from Makerere University. He also holds Master of Science in Health Services Management, Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi and MBA, ESAMI.
Dr. Olaro Charles has over 30 years of experience working in the Public and Private sector, working within Health services. He was an Accounting Officer for 17 years. He headed the continuity of Essential Health Services Pillar in context of COVID-19 Pandemic and the last EVD Epidemic.
